TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Ajeng Bromo Tour Indonesia

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours booked with Ajeng Bromo Tour Indonesia. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.

PAYMENT POLICY
A 30 percent deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the tour date. Bookings made within 5 days of departure require full payment. All bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 35 days before departure. No cancellation fee. 11 to 34 days before departure. 30 percent cancellation fee. 3 to 10 days before departure. 50 percent cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours before departure. No refund. Custom or private tours may follow different cancellation rules. These will be explained during booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages. Clients must arrange their own insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, cancellations, and personal belongings.

HEALTH AND FITNESS
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to join the tour. Please consult a doctor if you have health concerns. Some destinations may have limited access to medical facilities.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will try to accommodate dietary needs or accommodation preferences. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK
If you experience any issue during the tour, please inform your guide immediately so we can assist you. Complaints submitted after the tour must be sent in writing within 20 days.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or losses caused by weather conditions, government regulations, transport disruptions, or other events beyond our control. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

PHOTOS AND PROMOTIONAL USE
Photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
